Welcome to The Confectioner’s Kitchen. We are Ross and Trish and we are pleased to introduce our new handmade chocolate offer based in Wellington, New Zealand.

We are both old hands in the confectionery industry and also run the successful and well-loved Turkish Delight brand Loukoumi. We originally started developing our chocolate range as part of our existing offer at Loukoumi and now we are excited to introduce it in its own right – The Confectioner’s Kitchen!

We are passionate and meticulous about combining smooth Belgium chocolate with thoughtfully selected ingredients and flavours and use traditional chocolate making techniques including hand dipping, panning, hand decoration and moulding. You can browse our products here.
